  • We do not store any customer payment information.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are usually shipped within 2–4 working days from Jaipur.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

  • In case of a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the item and packaging.

  • Refunds or replacements, if approved, are offered solely at our discretion.

6. Custom Orders

  • Custom-sized or made-to-order jewelry is non-returnable and cannot be canceled once confirmed.
